Where are your products made?

FlamePebble products are handmade and shipped from China.

What is lampwork glass?

Lampwork is a process in which glass is heated in a flame and shaped by hand. Our borosilicate glass pieces are kiln-annealed as part of production.

Will my item look exactly like the photograph?

Each piece is handmade. Small differences in shape, markings, dimensions, bubbles, and color are normal. Product listings describe the expected design and approximate size.

How long will my order take to make?

Processing time varies by product and is displayed on the product page. Custom orders receive an estimated timeline by email. Transit time starts after dispatch.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is USD $5.99. Orders of USD $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping unless checkout displays a destination-specific exception.

Is tracking included?

Yes. We use tracked shipping and email the tracking information after dispatch.

Will I pay customs duties or taxes?

Possibly. Unless checkout expressly states that taxes or duties are collected or prepaid, the destination country may charge VAT, GST, duty, brokerage, or handling fees. FlamePebble is not currently registered under IOSS and does not currently guarantee duty-paid U.S. delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact support@flamepebble.com promptly. Standard orders may be cancelled before fulfillment where possible and subject to applicable law. Custom orders may ordinarily be cancelled until we email that production has begun. Statutory EU and UK cancellation rights are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
