Handmade glass

FlamePebble products are handmade from borosilicate glass. Our glass pieces are kiln-annealed as part of the production process. Annealing improves durability but does not make glass unbreakable.

Small differences in shape, markings, dimensions, bubbles, and color are natural characteristics of handmade glass and make each piece unique. These variations are not defects unless the product materially differs from its description.

Jewelry materials

Depending on the product, metal components may include 925 sterling silver, copper, alloy, gold-plated metal, or gold-filled metal. Refer to the individual product listing for the materials represented for that item.

Customers with metal sensitivities should review the product listing and contact support@flamepebble.com before ordering. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Nothing in this guide limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Safety warnings

• FlamePebble products are intended for adults and are not toys.

• Products may contain small parts that present a choking hazard. Keep away from children and pets.

• Glass can crack, chip, or break if dropped, struck, crushed, exposed to sudden temperature changes, or handled improperly.

• Do not wear or handle a piece if the glass is cracked, chipped, sharp, or loose.

• Do not place products in the mouth or use them with food unless a listing expressly states that the product is designed and tested for that purpose.

• Earrings and jewelry are for external use only.

Care instructions

• Handle glass pieces gently and avoid impact with hard surfaces.

• Store each item separately in a dry, padded container to reduce scratches and tangling.

• Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, swimming, exercising, or using household chemicals.

• Avoid perfume, lotions, hairspray, chlorine, salt water, cleaners, and prolonged moisture.

• Avoid sudden temperature changes and extreme heat.

• Clean gently with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners, or harsh chemicals.

• Check clasps, findings, and connections before wear.
